  1. Gift Cards/vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at point of sale or special offers items.
  2. Gift Cards not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
  3. You are required to schedule treatment in advance; reservations are subject to availability at our discretion.
  4. The initial amount and balance can be checked by calling La Vie on 01935483435
  5. Gift cards cannot and will not be changed for cash.
  6. You can use your Gift Cards as full or part payment on goods and services at the George Albert Hotel and Spa.
  7. You can add any value to this gift card from £1 at La Vie.
  8. Gift Cards/Vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
  9. Payments are strictly non-refundable.
  10. Guest must e 18 years and over.
  11. Please present your Gift Card on arrival at La Vie and must be mentioned when booking spa treatments or spa days.
